📦Shipping Policy
We take pride in creating unique, high-quality handmade products for you. As each item is made to order, please allow up to 30 days for us to carefully craft your goods before they are dispatched from our studio.
1.Processing Time:
The 30-day period is the maximum time we require to handcraft your order. We will make every effort to process and ship your order as soon as possible, often much sooner than 30 days.
2.Shipping Method:
We typically ship via reliable carriers. The estimated transit time provided by the carrier will begin after the order has been dispatched from our facility .
🛒Return & Exchange Policy
Given the personalized nature of our handmade goods, we have the following policy to ensure fairness and clarity.
1.Non-Returnable for Non-Quality Issues:
All our handmade and custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection (if applicable), or if the product does not meet subjective expectations . This is because these items are uniquely created specifically for you and cannot be resold.
2.Process for Quality-Related Issues:
If you believe your item has a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by email at hkaether2020@gmail.com . Please include your order number and clear photos or a video showing the problem. This helps us assess the issue quickly and determine the best solution for you .
Verified Issues: Once we confirm the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage for which we are responsible, we will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:
- A free replacement of the same item.
- Return.
Shipping Costs:In cases of verified quality issues, we will cover the cost of return shipping (if necessary) and the shipment of your replacement.
